Our client was instructed to breathe in and out, let his stomach go and just relax..
Once we were satisfied he was standing in a relaxed pose we took his photo..

Initial Presentation
Our client is a fit Marathon runner, but had loss of core strength through long hours at the computer. This resulted in poor posture.

Back pain and foot pain that prevented him form training.

We applied postural correction.

Results
• Core muscles switched on
• Head position corrected
• Shoulder rounding corrected
• Hips properly aligned under his torso
• Stomach is flatter”

Client is able to return to full training and improves his marathon running time by 2 minutes

(Note: no exercises were given during Postural correction – core strength was improved by
activating postural reflexes.)
