Jenny first attended the Crows Nest Spine & Health Clinic on the 08.02.14 with right sided shoulder pain. The pain was sharp and occurring at least once a day- often at very random times. Despite having previous treatment to relax the muscles surrounding her shoulders her symptoms persisted.
After being treated with postural therapy, Jenny notices that she rarely feels any shoulder pain and also that her posture and in particular her sleeping habits have shown a marked improvement.

Mr James Matheson first attended the North Sydney Spine and Health Centre on 2nd May 2014 complaining of sharp neck pain and poor posture due to strenuous gym programs. Taking daily anti-inflammatory tablets was the only thing that provided any relief to Mr Matheson. This was interrupting Mr Matheson’s gym regime and also caused him to have headaches on almost a daily basis.
Postural therapy was applied to Mr Matheson and he noticed an immediate improvement in his posture and pain levels. Mr Matheson feels he no longer slouches and is able to go to the gym pain free as well as lifting heavier weights.
